Our Story
Have you ever experienced really poor customer service? Have you been seated at a restaurant just to be ignored by the server? Have you ever waited by the phone for a call from a vehicle servicing
company, to be informed they can't even look at your vehicle for at least 2 weeks? Or they didn't even bother to call you back? We think we have all been there at one time or another. These are just a few examples of why we decided to embark on the journey to establish PEEPAW'S GARAGE. We have been employed in service oriented jobs for 30+ years and truly enjoy putting a smile on a customer's face! We feel that there has somehow been a disconnect in the customer service field in the last several years. We want to bring things back to how they once were, using common courtesy and good communication skills. People do not want to feel ignored or like they are a bother when they are spending their hard-earned money on a service your company is supposed to provide.
