Have you ever waited by the phone for a call from a vehicle servicing company, to be informed they can't even look at your vehicle for at least 2 weeks? Or they didn't even bother to call you back? We think we have all been there at one time or another. These are just a few examples of why we decided to embark on the journey to establish PEEPAW'S GARAGE. We have been employed in service oriented jobs for 30+ years and truly enjoy putting a smile on a customer's face! We feel that there has somehow been a disconnect in the customer service field in the last several years. We want to bring things back to how they once were, using common courtesy and good communication skills. People do not want to feel ignored or like they are a bother when they are spending their hard-earned money on a service your company is supposed to provide. At PEEPAW'S GARAGE, our mission is to provide quality automotive services timely, affordably, and honestly. One repair at a time. Our passion is collaborating with customers to get the job done through hard work and solid customer service. We demonstrate integrity through actions, not just words.
In September of 2024, we (Ken and Karen) welcomed our first grandchild! When deciding what I (Ken) wanted to be called as a grandparent, I chose the name Peepaw. I didn't want to be called grandpa like everyone else, I wanted it to be special. My new grandson gave me the courage to take the leap and start an automotive shop. I wanted to set a good example for my kids and grandkids of what quality customer service, honesty, and passion look like. My dream was for PeePaw's Garage to be different than the other automotive shops - I wanted it to be special.
